brrrr   snow sunshine on the 6 miler to fro Hendon Wood Lane

a cold wet 3 miler today with the sick man of totteridge Ian coughing and wheezing all the way to Barnet and back

2 x 3 and a very wet 6 miler in freezing rain down totteridge lane and up hendon wood lane and back

a great 6 miler with Chan and the lads.

 Up totteridge lane, through fields in mill hill back thru the polo pitches through the dollis valley fields and back.
