we ran thru the pouring rain from ian's house to the rising sun in mill hill and back

soaked thru but this week no injuries

a beautiful summers evening

2 miles to DL

a quick swim

and 2 miles to home...that means nearly 160 miles done...

a great 4.5 at twilight round the fields on saturday and then Sunday Lionel Ian and myself nursing swollen twisted ankle torn calf muscle, no hangovers, lots of sunshine and slow amble to Hendon Wood Lane corner and back.

Excellent training walk with Emma and Lily to and from Hi Sushi in North Finchley High Road. I didn't eat but the girls made up for me :)

Good run with Lionel this morning post Las Vegas . 6.5m round Totteridge through the fields.

Ian not running due to turned ankle playing up. Happily my torn calf didn't  hurt so I guess it's healing slowly.

Extra energy after Chicken Shawarma at Debbie & Cliff's.

but the right calf muscle seems to have got torn - aarrggghhh
