2 x 6 milers up and down the wonderful and ridiculously steep hills in wales for henry's birthday

a 6.8 miler to/from north circular and round brent park just now with lionel

a sunny breezy lunchtime run to/from barnet football ground

3 in early morning dubin by the liffey and 6 in thunder but no rain round the totteridge fields

a fast 3.3 miles to/from barnet fc @ lunch

a 3 miler in avon tyrrell - fathers & daugthers and then a 6 miler @ very high speed with paul bassa in the area of the new forest.

then a lunchtime  3 miler today

a 7.5 miler in the heat with Ian then a great 3 miler today sunny hot but windy..
