Good run up the paths and back thru Barnet Lane with Chan  

 a quick 6 miles dash to and back from the North Circular via the paths was a great start to the day with the lads followed by a lucky 2-1 win to Arsenal vs Fulham.

a 3 miler  round the fields last night anda 6 miler with Chan this morning in the scorching heat 

3 miles round leeds castle first thing in the morning...sublime 

 A sweltering 6.5 m early morning round the fields and back. The big heat is on but it was a great run.

A thursday and saturday set of 3 milers.. phew it was hot out ther tonight.
