A fast and tough run with Lionel & Ian thru the fields and then some complicateed route wich brought us out by the polo pitches and home in sunny but cold autumnal conditions.

A good autumnal run round the fields and the nature reserve on a beautiful autumnal day.

great 6 miler with Chan and Ian to North Circ and back in autumnal sunshine down dollis valley green path 

Great run in France around Le Lumbres Le Moulin Mombreux with Rog, Mike and Lionel. A good 3 miler before an idyllic breakfast by the mill and river 

good 5  miler yesterday and 6.5 today round some great fields and paths with Richard and Lionel 

 The sun came out, and a run with Ian thru the fields was an easy 4.5 miles with a free glass of water from the Orange Tree.

 a good east finchley to highgate run today with Chan and Louisa ignoring the right calf pain ...

Back from the holiday heat - 2 runs round the fields and the paths make 7 miles - time to get fit again
